THE CHALLENGE

Creating a stronger digital presence

The creation of a concept for the year 2022 allowed us to convey what stood out about the company: relationships and proximity.
This year, Banco CTT initiated the process of strengthening the relationship with its customers, focusing on a stronger digital presence that is more aligned with today’s needs.
Since it was a year of ambitious goals and achievements it was important to develop something that shaped those results: a Digital Annual Report. Being an extensive document with dense and detailed information by nature, Banco CTT looked for a new format that would make it more accessible not only to shareholders but also to customers and employees.

The process

This was an opportunity to consolidate its brand as well as its digital journey, that made us define two formats for the report: editorial and microsite. The former more traditional and detailed, while the latter more interactive and illustrative.
The Banco CTT Annual Report is an annual document that should inspire and appeal to the interest of shareholders, as well as customers and employees of the company. Because it is based mostly on facts, it is capable of generating trust in the company. Furthermore, it is an opportunity to reinforce the business’s personality and brand, and should be the result of a balance between facts, design, and engaging content that shares the company’s story over the year.

The impact

The Banco CTT Annual Report was published in two unique versions with a common concept. Designed to inspire, to communicate and also to informe, the microsite represented a shortened version and a more interactive one while the editorial resulted in a +300-page document, filled with data-visualization graphics to simplify the reading.
