What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an Administrative and Financial Assistant with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to join our team. This person will support both administrative and financial areas, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the effective functioning of our office.
Responsibilities
- Invoicing management and support to the Accounting department
- Administrative support for the team
- Administrative support for office purchasing and logistics
- Accounts receivable management
- Support for the Human Resources department
Requirements
- Organization and proactivity
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email tools
- Good communication skills and team interaction
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Previous experience in administrative roles (preferred, but not required)
