Results
April 2024 – August 2025
As Match is a real estate agency specializing in the luxury segment, the main objective was to increase the number of properties sold while keeping the cost per lead under control. From this point on, we faced significant challenges in achieving our goals when competing in a market with large players.
However, the strategy implemented, based on awareness and conversion campaigns and a comprehensive tracking system, allowing for continuous campaign optimization, enabled us to achieve very positive results between April 2024 and August 2025: a 140% increase in qualified leads, 105% in total leads, 43% qualification rate and a 100% increase in new customers.
The Challenge
Our main challenges were to build awareness and consideration for a new brand in a highly competitive premium segment, where decision cycles are long and competition is intense.
The goal was to ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads with a real likelihood of purchase, controlled cost per lead (CPL), and measurable conversion rates in a market where differentiation and effectiveness are critical to success.
Strategy
Our strategy was based on adapting Match’s value proposition to specific segments and targets, using a combination of data and continuous optimization to maximize campaign performance.
Performance Levers:
- Landing pages: creation of customized LPs for each venture and respective buyer profile, reinforcing the relevance of the proposal;
- Lead Forms Meta: direct filtered lead capture within the platform itself, simplifying the conversion process;
- AI e Machine Learning optimization: automatic adjustment of campaigns and investments based on actual user behavior and conversion rates;
- Complete tracking: monitoring the lead’s journey from contact to sale, ensuring visibility on the return of each channel
Conclusion
This joint effort allowed Match to strengthen its presence in the prime segment and position itself as a benchmark for performance and commercial excellence.
With a data-driven approach and strategic clarity, the brand consolidated its credibility and efficiency in one of the most demanding sectors of the Portuguese market.
