What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Designer to join our digital team. The selected candidate will spend half their time working with a specific client (a major national brand) and the other half at República, collaborating on various projects for different clients and industries. We want someone creative, eager to learn, and looking to gain experience across a wide range of industries and business areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to create the digital identity of various brands.
• Design different creative assets for digital platforms (Social Media, Email Marketing, Landing Pages…) for various brands.
• Create brand-related digital assets.
• Develop visuals, presentations, and illustrations.
• Bring new inspirations and trends from within the industry.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, focused on delivering quality work on time.
• Approachable and critical-minded: enthusiastic, optimistic, and able to handle uncertainty and unexpected challenge.
• Interest in branding, digital marketing, strategy and innovation, architecture, and design, with a desire to deepen your knowledge.
• Attention to detail.
• Eligible for an IEFP internship (not mandatory).
