What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Performance Manager to join our Digital team. We’re after someone organized, with a strategic mindset and proven experience in managing performance-driven online advertising campaigns focused on results and profitability. Most importantly, we want someone eager to learn and gain experience across a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, implement, and optimize online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights
- Research, analyze, and set up new tools and platforms
Requirements
- Experience and/or relevant skills in Performance Management (Online Advertising)
- Proven knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Solid understanding of performance analysis for campaigns, e-commerce, and lead generation
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn
- IEFP internship eligibility (preferred, not mandatory)
