THE CHALLENGE

Startup Portugal, the largest Portuguese entity for the promotion of entrepreneurship , serves as a meeting point for new projects, incubators, and investors. They approached us with a multifaceted challenge: to expand the number of startups participating in their programs, attract more investors and founders to collaborate on their ongoing projects, and enhance their brand visibility both nationally and internationally.

Additionally, they sought to raise awareness of their innovative initiatives and programs, aiming to strengthen their reputation and influence across the startup community.

Implementing Engaging Content and Strategic Campaigns to Highlight Innovative Programs

To achieve our objectives, we implemented a comprehensive strategy that leveraged multiple approaches. We created engaging and educational content across Startup Portugal’s social media platforms to build brand recognition and foster community engagement. Additionally, we designed and executed strategically tailored campaigns to highlight the unique aspects of their innovative programs, such as Road 2 Web Summit, Above & Beyond Community Hangouts, and Business Abroad.

Our approach involved crafting targeted messaging that resonated with both startups and investors, showcasing the value and impact of Startup Portugal. By promoting these initiatives effectively, we not only enhanced the brand’s visibility but also generated increased interest and participation in their programs.

Achieving Significant Brand Growth, Increased International Exposure, and Strategic Global Partnerships

Throughout our partnership, Startup Portugal experienced a significant boost in brand recognition and visibility. Their projects gathered exceptional exposure, leading to larger audiences for their events and increased interest in their programs.
Internationally, the brand expanded its reach as global initiatives attracted more candidates and facilitated new partnerships. Notably, Startup Portugal established a prominent presence in Japan, culminating in a Memorandum of Understanding with Aichi’s Governor, Hideaki Omura. This agreement formalized an exciting new collaboration, further solidifying Startup Portugal’s growing influence and global network.
